Our C30+ energy gels are quite simply the best energy gels you'll ever use. Formulated with a minimal number of ingredients, they contain only what you need for optimal performance. Each energy gel delivers precisely 30g of energy thanks to our AJ21 complex, a 2:1 maltodextrin-fructose carbohydrate blend that's fast-absorbing yet gentle on the stomach. The result is fast energy with a significantly reduced risk of gastrointestinal problems. Each gel also contains 200 mg sodium to promote faster water absorption. All our gels are lightly flavored and low-viscosity, so they're easy to consume, even under intense training and running conditions. Unlike our C30 energy gels, our C30+ gels contain 75 mg of caffeine per gel. Caffeine has been clinically proven to improve sporting performance when consumed correctly. As tolerance to caffeine can vary considerably, we strongly recommend that you test your caffeine intake very carefully to fine-tune the dose that's right for you.
