Shipping policy

General terms and conditions

  • Normally, all orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the date of payment.
  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to ensure real-time follow-up. A package is considered "delivered" when the carrier marks it as such.
  • Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation by the carrier. We recommend that you choose a secure location for delivery, or opt for a signature at reception when available.

Shipping to Canada

Packages are shipped via Canada Post or Fedex, depending on the option you select at checkout.

In-store pickup

If you'd like to avoid shipping charges, you can pick up your order free of charge in person at our boutique in Quebec City.

We will send you an email to let you know when your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to have this email with you at the time of pickup.

In-store pickup is available during regular store hours.

International shipping (excluding Canada)

We offer international shipping to the following regions and countries:

  • United States
  • Europe
  • Australia and New Zealand
  • Asia

We are currently unable to ship to Mexico, Central and South America, Africa and Russia.

We do not ship bikes (complete or frame) outside Canada.

Customs, import duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are incurred when the shipment reaches the country of destination. Vélo Cartel is not responsible for these additional charges if they are applied and are borne by you, the customer. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Please note that if the customer refuses delivery of the order, the parcel is automatically returned to Vélo Cartel. In this case, all return costs as well as any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be charged to the payment method you used. Shipping charges are non-refundable for undeliverable or refused shipments.
