PRODUCTS AND INVENTORY

Can I order a product you don't have in stock?

Yes, we have access to the full inventory of the companies in our online store, but we don't keep everything in stock (obviously). We'll be happy to order products for you. You'll probably save on customs fees, depending on the brand.

I don't know my size in these brands. What should I do?

We're here to help! Write to us at [email protected] or even on Facebook. Tell us about the clothes you already own (brand, size, model, collection, etc.). Since we're familiar with other brands, we'll be able to guide you to a size that's right for you.

(P.S. Pas Normal Studios Mechanism clothes are made fairly small (race fit) unlike Essential which are one size larger than Mechanism).

Why should you order from Pas Normal Studios and Café du Cycliste ?

First, you're supporting a small Quebec company whose mission is to get people ROLLING. You can meet us in L'origine.

Then you'll save nearly 18%* in customs duties on your purchase.

Then, it's very easy to return or exchange with us (proximity for delivery, ease of communication and customer service above all!).

* Depending on company, country of origin and garment materials.

How do I buy a gift card?

In theShop tab of the main menu, scroll down to Gift Cards. You'll find preset amounts. If you would like larger amounts, please write to us at [email protected] and we'll release a larger amount.
