1-week block to help you assess your FTP with our 5- and 20-minute critical power protocol.

• 4 specific training sessions, including a 5-minute CP test and a 20-minute CP test
• Files for use with the training platform of your choice (Zwift, RGT cycling, TrainerRoad, etc.)
• Explanations and procedures to follow before, during and after testing

• TrainingPeaks BASIC account (free)
• Smart base and/or Power Meter
