Vélo Cartel and Franky Johnny join forces to bring you delicious sandwiches every Saturday afternoon after your ride. Sandwiches topped with a Discipline non-alcoholic beer from Siboire microbrewery.

Three options:
BLT Sandwich: Bacon, lettuce, 6-month aged cheddar from Isle-aux-grues, tomato and homemade mayonnaise. 

Chicken Caesar: Chicken with fine herbs, homemade Caesar sauce, house-sliced bacon, Mozzarella cheese, tomatoes and salad.

Calabrese: Calabrese, Fior de latte cheese, homemade tomato sauce, homemade pickles, tomatoes, salad, homemade mayonnaise.
