No more junk miles, make every Ride effort worthwhile. Even if it's an hour in Z1! Based on the polarized training model, these sessions aim to primarily improve your VO2MAX by alternating specific intense efforts, endurance rides and active recovery.

Sessions can be held indoors or outdoors. Training sessions are available via TrainingPeaks. They can therefore be easily exported to your handheld GPS devices and/or various virtual platforms (Zwift, TrainerRoad, etc.).

Simply purchase the block and sign up for the free (Basic) version of TrainingPeaks. Bruno will send you the invitation as a coach, and you'll be able to set the start date of your training block with him.

Plan features :

  • 6-week duration
  • Plan on 8 to 10 hours per week
  • 3 training sessions per week, for a total of 18 sessions
  • Each week is completed by a period of active recovery
  • Focused on developing VO2max, the #1 performance factor in endurance sports
