The customer journey
How does buying a bike from Vélo Cartel work?
1 - Preliminary meeting
Come and see us! We'll have coffee with you while we discuss your needs, your frame and component desires, and your budget. Then we'll prepare a quote to estimate the cost of your bike and schedule a pre-fit appointment.
2 - Pre-fit and measurements
Thanks to our IDMatch Laboratory, we'll take your precise measurements to determine the ideal size of your frame, as well as the optimal dimensions of your cockpit ( Stem length and handlebar width). This step is all the more crucial with the new integrated monocoque cockpits, where precise adjustment from the outset makes all the difference.
3 - Deposit and order
A deposit of 20 % of the bike's value. Once this has been paid, we will place the order and/or reserve the frame and necessary parts.
4 - Final Fitting and delivery
Once we've received your frame and parts, we'll schedule an appointment to perform the final fitting on your bike. Once the fitting is complete, we'll finalize the assembly and deliver your new dream bike! Final payment will be made before delivery.
