A good plan, you'll follow.

A good plan, you'll follow.

What is driving without following a plan?

It's like riding a bicycle. In other words, doing anything. The problem is that, in this way, the body also evolves in any old way.

The basic principles of physical training are quite simple. You put stress on the body and it adapts to this tension. The result is that it becomes stronger to withstand the stress.

At first, cyclists who simply ride a lot, often, and hard will see encouraging improvements. But they will quickly reach a plateau that, without structure, they will not be able to break through. Or, if they do, it will be very difficult.

Another aspect they will neglect is recovery. In order for the body to adapt to the stress it has been subjected to, it must then rest.

But for how long? And when should I resume my efforts? And what kind of efforts?

Quickly, dozens of questions assail the cyclist without structure. And like anyone who finds themselves in unfamiliar territory, without a map or compass, they wander, sometimes learning from their mistakes. And sometimes not. They overtrain. Or don't train enough. They repeat the same workouts over and over again. Then they break down during a competition or challenge. The kind of thing that doesn't happen when you have good coaching.

We have a plan for you at BL Coaching .
