You'll agree that not every plan is right for you

You'll agree that not every plan is right for you

Your mother was right.

You are unique. She may have been wrong when she said you were the most handsome and the smartest, but she knew you were different. At least, your body is different from others.

That's why the ready-made plans offered by training books and software may not be right for you.

Maybe they don't allow you to excel because your cardio-respiratory capacity is exceptional. Your body may need more rest than average. Or it may respond better to certain stimuli than others.

Some cyclists perform better on climbs or on flat terrain. Some are explosive and can repeat intense efforts. Others are particularly strong at long-duration efforts such as time trials.

All these cyclists who want to improve need specific monitoring.

This will enable them to work on their strengths, but also to overcome some of their weaknesses. And no algorithm can do that as well as a coach who follows you week after week and evaluates you on a regular basis.
