In a group, you'll surpass yourself

Training alone is good. Training together is much better. And this is not about praising competitiveness, but rather the positive effect of numbers.

In a group, the desire to succeed is multiplied tenfold. We see others struggling to achieve their goals, we become more motivated, time passes more quickly, encouragement flows freely, and, surprisingly, we achieve unexpected results.

Several studies also suggest that the group effect multiplies the power of endorphins secreted by our bodies during physical activity. This hormone has two functions: to ward off the sensation of pain and to induce pleasure after exercise.
