Where does it come from?
Bombtrack is a German company that started out designing and building BMX bikes. Its founders then turned their attention to adventure bikes: road, gravel, mountain, and cyclocross, with a marked preference for steel bikes. It was a gamble that paid off for the manufacturer, which now enjoys an enviable reputation, as well as a range of proven and award-winning models that have been praised by critics and are increasingly popular with cyclists who want a bike that stands out from the crowd and allows them to do just that... by setting off on an adventure.
Is it a large company that belongs to a conglomerate?
No, not at all. Bombtrack designs its bikes in Germany, has them manufactured in Taiwan (like almost everyone else) and remains a small company, driven entirely by passion. Which models are Bombtrack's flagship models?
The Arise line is very interesting because it is extremely versatile. Made entirely of chromoly steel, the frames and forks are primarily designed for single speed. But you can just as easily integrate an 11-speed internal hub, equip the bike with touring gear, or turn it into a powerful, fast, and safe city bike thanks to its disc brakes.
The Hook series is also remarkable. Available in carbon and titanium or Columbus Cromor steel, these bikes are equipped with 27.5 wheels and Tires , ready for journeys on the most challenging terrain. The Audax series consists of a range of carbon bikes designed for cyclists who prefer very long distances.
