Escape - El Zonte

El Zonte is an emblematic offer for Escape. It's the name of a beach where one of the co-founders loves to surf, and a tight-knit community of extraordinary people. This natural Bourbon has been on the menu since the beginning. It has now been imported from Mira Mar Farm since 2021 via Mathias, a descendant of the Sauerbrey family who have run Mira Mar Farm for generations.

This lightly roasted natural, grown at 1650m overlooking the Pacific Ocean, will take you on a journey to the warm beaches of El Salvador. Our El Zonte gives a clear cup of fruit-flavored coffee with notes of creamy strawberry, honeydew, chocolate cream and graham crackers.
